OFFICIAL CHALLENGE RULES
Virelia Creator Challenge
Prize pool: 100 USDT · 🥇 70 · 🥈 20 · 🥉 10
1. Eligible content
Eligible platforms are TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. A creator may submit multiple videos and may cross-post the same creative to multiple eligible platforms. Every submitted post must be public, contain #VireliaCreator, concern Virelia in a meaningful way, and remain public until final results are announced.
2. Creator profiles
One person may operate multiple social accounts but may maintain only one Creator Challenge profile and may occupy only one prize position. All eligible results from that creator's submitted accounts are aggregated.
3. Ranking
Creators are ranked primarily by the number of verified active new citizens attributed to them. Views, likes and comments do not directly award points. They may be used for authenticity review and tie-breaking.
4. Referral attribution
A new citizen who follows a creator's referral link is attributed to that creator. A citizen who registered without a referral may manually activate a creator code within 24 hours of registration. Once a valid referral has been assigned, it cannot be replaced. Citizens who existed before the competition cannot be retroactively claimed.
5. No in-community referral solicitation
Creators may promote their referral links outside Virelia, including through eligible videos, profiles, external communities and direct outreach that complies with the relevant platform rules. Creators may not ask people inside Virelia chats, direct messages or voice channels to activate their referral, may not target newly registered citizens without attribution, and may not offer money, roles, gifts or other benefits in exchange for referral activation. Referrals obtained through prohibited solicitation may be invalidated; systematic abuse may lead to disqualification.
6. Active-citizen qualification
A referred citizen must become a verified Virelian citizen and participate genuinely in the community. Qualification is based on activity across multiple days and meaningful interaction with other citizens. Repeated greetings, copy-pasted filler, coordinated minimum-message schemes, silent presence in voice channels, or other activity performed mainly to satisfy competition criteria do not qualify. Virelia may use automated signals and manual review. The exact anti-gaming thresholds are not published.
7. Qualification window
Citizens joining near the end of the competition are not disadvantaged: after the submission period closes, there is a seven-day qualification/review period for eligible referred citizens to complete genuine activity requirements.
8. Artificial engagement
Purchased, botted, automated or otherwise artificially manipulated views, likes, comments, shares, saves, referrals, registrations or citizen activity are prohibited. Unusual ratios alone do not automatically prove manipulation; Virelia may consider platform analytics, engagement patterns, referral traffic, account quality, citizen behavior and other relevant evidence.
9. Video-level and creator-level sanctions
A video found to contain significant artificial or manipulated engagement may be excluded together with results attributable to it. If more than 50% of a creator's submitted videos are determined to contain significant artificial or manipulated engagement, that creator may be disqualified from the entire challenge and become ineligible for prizes. Submitted videos cannot be removed from the submission count after they enter authenticity review.
10. Paid promotion
Official paid promotion tools offered directly by TikTok, YouTube or Meta may be used, but paid traffic must not be misrepresented as organic performance and may be treated separately during authenticity review. Third-party engagement sellers and artificial traffic services are prohibited.
11. Content accuracy
Creative formats are encouraged, including commentary, memes, explainers and storytelling. Creators must not knowingly make materially false claims about Virelia, including claims of international recognition, guaranteed financial benefit, legal status or rights that Virelia does not provide.
12. Community building
Creators may speak with and welcome citizens they genuinely brought into Virelia, explain the project and help them participate naturally. Coordinating fake activity or instructing citizens to perform minimum actions solely to qualify is prohibited.
13. Voice channels and integrity review
Designated voice channels may be recorded for challenge-integrity and anti-fraud review only when users are clearly informed that recording is taking place. Voice presence by itself does not count as active participation. Recordings should be retained only for the period reasonably required for review and appeals.
14. Tie-breakers
If creators have the same final number of active citizens, ranking is determined by: (1) more verified referred citizens, then (2) stronger verified organic video reach, then (3) the creator who reached the final active-citizen total first.
15. Results, appeals and payout
After the competition closes, Virelia conducts a seven-day qualification and authenticity review, publishes provisional results, accepts appeals for the published appeal window (currently 48 hours), then publishes final results. Winners provide a compatible wallet address. Network fees required for Virelia's outgoing prize transfers are covered by Virelia so the winners receive exactly 70, 20 and 10 USDT respectively, subject to any requirements or restrictions that apply to the recipient.
16. Integrity decisions
Virelia may invalidate specific referrals, activity, submissions or statistics where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, while preserving legitimate results where possible. Real citizens remain citizens even if a creator's competition attribution is invalidated.
